REGISTRATION TIMELINE:

TUF will be continuing our registration for summer camp with Smartsheets for 2026.

  • TUF Priority Registration - Opens Monday, December 1st, 2025 at 8:00AM.

    This early access period is for TUF Members, returning TUF Equine Campers and riding program waitlisters.

    TUF Members benefit from having an Early Access enrollment period for all of our camps. This benefit may be obtained by signing up to be a member today!

    (Please note that being a member does not guarantee you a specific camp, it is still first come first serve during membership registration period.)

    An email with the registration link will be sent at 8AM on Monday, December 1st. If you do not see this email, check your spam folder and if you still do not have this email, please reach out to registration@theurbanfarm.org.


  • General Registration Opens - Wednesday, December 3rd, 2026 at 8:00AM. At this time, the registration link will be “live” on our website.

  • Equine Summer Camp Waitlist - TUF’s summer camps fill quickly - especially our Equine Camp! Camps that are already full will be notated on the registration form. If you would like to be added to the waitlist for any of the weeks listed below, please submit the form with the desired weeks selected. Our staff will confirm that you have been added to the respective waitlist.

Our Equine Camp Offerings for 2026:

Our Equine Summer Camp at TUF got a makeover! For 2026, we have some exciting changes:

  • a mister system in the arena—designed to keep both children and horses cool during the summer heat!

  • Guaranteed 1 hour of riding time per day

  • Focus on education and ground activities with horses, including: horse anatomy, nutrition, health, first aid and more!

  • Friday Horse Show-parents are invited to watch their children demonstrate their favorite ground and riding skills on Fridays from 1:30-2:30PM

  • Every Friday, Kona Ice will be at TUF for an end of week treat! Head down to the main TUF parking lot at 3:00PM.


TUF offers half and full day camps geared to various ages and levels, to ensure that each camper has their best summer yet!

Each week of camp includes a

TUF Camp t-shirt.

HALF-DAY HORSE CAMPs

9:00am -12:00pm

Very Young Riders - Half Day Camp

COST: $350.00 per week

Ages 5-7, No experience necessary

This camp is specifically tailored for young riders aged 5-7 who are just starting their equestrian journey and have limited or no previous riding experience. It offers a comprehensive program that introduces participants to horses and equine care through a combination of mounted and unmounted lessons. The curriculum emphasizes a hands-on approach, providing children with the opportunity to learn about horses both on and off the saddle. Additionally, every day brings an enjoyable and artistic activity for your enthusiastic horse lover to engage in, further fostering their passion for all things equestrian.

DATES:

  • Week 1—June 1st-June 5th FULL

  • Week 2—June 8th- June 12th FULL

  • Week 3—June 15th-June 19th FULL

  • Week 4—June 22nd-June 26th FULL


FULL DAY HORSE CAMPS

9:00AM - 3:00PM

Pony Pals—

FULl DAY camp

COST: $650.00 per week

Ages 8 - 15, No experience required

This beginner-friendly camp is tailor-made for individuals who are new to the world of horse riding. Geared towards those with limited or no prior experience, participants in this program will be immersed in a comprehensive curriculum that covers everything from basic riding to horse care and much more. Each day will be packed with an exciting array of engaging activities, including horse-themed crafts and various interactive exercises, guaranteeing a well-rounded equestrian experience.

DATES:

  • Week 5: July 6th- July 10th FULL

  • Week 6: July 13th-July 17th FULL

  • Week 7: July 20th-July 24th FULL

  • Week 8: July 27th-July 31st FULL

  • Week 9: August 3rd-August 7th FULL

  • Week 10: August 10th-August 14th FULL

    Please note: The registration form will ask you to select your first and second preferred weeks. TUF staff will try to ensure that your campers are placed according to the order of priority.

TUF Equine Camps sell out VERY quickly, and as such, campers will be placed in the order by which registration forms are received. Campers have 24 hours to complete the payment from the time of invoice. If payment has not been received within 24 hours, the spot will be opened to the next camper on the list.

TUF staff will confirm with each submission whether the camper has been placed in a camp or added to the waitlist. Please note that there is no guaranetee that campers on the waitlist will be admitted.
