Day Off School Camps 2026-2027

WHAT: Your kids have a day off of school but you have to work?  No problem!  Bring them to The Urban Farm for a fun day full of animal interactions, crafts, games, agriculture education and more. 

WHO: Youth ages 4-12

WHEN: Aligned with the DPS school district calendar

Day Camps will be available on the following dates:

9/28, 10/30, 11/23, 11/24, 12/21, 12/22, 1/4, 2/15, 2/26 and 4/30

Members will be emailed a discount code for 10% off Day Camps

Discounts are applied to Day Camp cost only. Before care and Aftercare cannot be discounted.

COST: $90 per day for standard camp hours (9AM-3PM)

$10 to add before care (8AM-9AM)

$20 to add aftercare (3PM-5PM)

Spring Break Camp will run March 29th-April 2nd, 2027.

Enrollment for Spring Break Camp will open at a later date.



STANDARD CAMP HOURS: 9AM-3PM

Before Care and Aftercare are available for additional fees.

Before Care is available from 8AM-9AM. Aftercare is available from 3-5PM.

All drop-offs and pick-ups for Day Camps and Spring Break Camp will occur in TUF's main building. Parking is permitted in the west side parking lot. You will pick up your camper at the same location in the afternoon. 

Late Drop Offs/ Absences/ Early Pick-ups/Late Pick-ups: Please notify us at education@theurbanfarm.org or call us at 720-414-6141. Leave a voicemail if needed. We understand that things happen– traffic, train crossings, broken down cars… but please try to drop off and pick-up your campers on time.


ATTIRE & MATERIALS: 

  • Backpack/bag to hold belongings 

  • Bagged lunch & 2 snacks (NO PEANUTS OR TREE NUTS)

  • Closed toed shoes (rain boots or snow boots suggested in the winter)

  • Pack a change of clothes (all ages! food and paint can spill and animals make messes)

  • Reusable water bottle 

  • Hats are encouraged 

  • Layered clothing to accommodate all weather

  • Gloves, hats, scarves, in the winter months

  • Sunscreen (sprayable preferred if assistance is needed)

  • Please label all items with your child’s first and last name

  • Farming can be dirty work so please dress accordingly
